In the July quarterly it clearly states Euler Hermes' 300mil LOI is PART OF the Kfw US 600 million TNG has mandated them to advise and arrange.
August 1. Announcing the Korean involvement of up to 200 million ,this total of 800 million ( 300 + 300 EH + 200) is in ADDITION to the US 600 mill from the Kfw Ipex bank.

It cannot be both. The EH 300 mil is part of the Kfw 600 mil or it is not. If I am correct how can we trust current management with finance and implementation thereof if they make a 300 million error in reporting in the space of 6 days.
Particularly when we have a highly experienced alternative team ready to take over. This tells me panic, and lack of corporate experience in making such a fundamental error has the current team on the run
While I totally support changing the Board, these types of contradictions have been part of the existing Board's problems for many years.

For the sake of clarity . Tng Corporate . Is the EF 300mil part of the Kfw US600 mill or not.?
