Considering Lord Keating's core strategy of sneer (after all he invented the little Johnny lie,and got away with the lie,further testament to the blind faith of his followers) he was a pioneer of the "let 'em eat clocks..er sorry, cake" variety of Labor pollie now so entrenched ..considering his pioneering work in sneer,I find it funny when they complain when they get some back. Perhaps some of our correspondents are too young to clearly remember the days Keating is singularly responsible for the sneer and slur in our politics and did it,and parliamentary standards to death.
