If you had twice the target dont you think the buying levels on current lowest prices since it was 2 cents would be alot more interesting than where it is right now.
Something had better happen fast or its back to where it was 13 months ago, albeit with more potential but with 300,000,000 more shares as well to short long or intra day play.
This is ice cream for big traders nobody wants to hold this with over a billion shares on offer.
