    H: as long as you have a backing of secured equity or cash, CommSec will let you buy anything on the ASX but you will be margin called when they tank.

    If the support at 1.5 is broken and the panic really settles in then the 2nd level support will be ~1 cent and the 3rd level support will be back at the recent capital raising price of ~0.5 cent.
