    Yes the double top is in progress a break of 1.65 (neckline) and she will plunge.
    Now we will have to wait and see but I can't see it breaking 1.65. Notice low volume on corrections and large volume on up ticks. Volume has a lot to do with double tops and Vol. is not supporting a dbl top theory so far. All this said I will still sell if it broke 1.65 or on the approach to this level.
