    Not sure how you get to the 6's charting wise. Can you explain as I am interested and may learn something. I feel they will bounce at .082 cents assuming the downtrend continues which short term looks like it may short of a positive announcement. Matthews Capital doesnt normally get it wrong. I assume he is still in BUL. Just my opinion. DYOR
