If you take a look over the last 3 years gold has touched its 150 day moving average at least 6 times and never dropped below it. This is a very strong and steadily rising support line. Recently, gold has moved significantly north of this long-term support and was due for a correction. POG could fall to $US1,600 and still not penetrate that line.

I have to say, I'm not worried about gold at the moment!
