So here was the initial government contract:

TERRITORY IT listed company, CSG Limited, has been
successful in its tender to be appointed preferred
contractor to the Northern Territory Department of
Education and Training (DEET) to provide Service
Centre, Facilities Management and Systems Integration
Services to NT schools and the corporate business units.
The $30M million contract is over 5 years commencing in
January 2008, and covers all schools in the Territory and
    DEET Corporate Users.

And now they are negotiating for:

As announced on ASX December 8 2009, CSG has now entered contract negotiations with the
Northern Territory Government for the following packages:
    – Service Centre
    – Network Management
    – Desktop & Server –Whole of Government
    – Desktop & Server Management –Power & Water Corporation

So $30 million contract for 1 government department.... what can we expect for the WHOLE of government + Power and water. I'd be totally guessing but $150 million??? Anyone with a bit more expertise with an educated guess want to throw a figure out?

150 mill added to market cap is $2.82 a share.. is that a realistic price target?

The way its been going I think so
