satori, as we know, at current u and au prices they have an inferred resource of AUS$103 per tonne.
a 10 year mine life at 3.15 million tonnes per annum gives AUS$324,450,000 worth of resource mined per annum.
assume mining costs are $33 per tonne, this brings us to AUS$220 million before tax etc per year.
net profit per annum would be close to AUS$150 million.
the cost of development would be about AUS$100 million so very little need to dilute the share register as there would be plenty of financiers circling for a slice of the action with such a robust mine and could be paid off within a very short time.
still a long way to go but if u and au prices continue rising and they can increase the grades and/or resource then it will be very happy days.
cheers.
