Gut .................... the SP only increased markedly when Farjoy increased his SH from 5% to just over 10%, he did this quickly with managements agreement and so that he had an effective 'blocking' stake as management already had indications of a low ball offer, it is entirely possible, over several months, to accumulate the 157m shares necessary without much SP movement IMO
