Do we know CVA's average price?
From what i can find they are making a nice return and given a takeover is not going to happen time to go and reinvest capital elsewhere.
I don't think there is anything untoward in their departure just a nice profitable move. Win win for them . Achieve take over at ridiculously low valuation or profit on exit. Good move CVA.
