Clever Communications Australia Ltd (Clever) announced today that it had reduced its bank debt by $1m from
cash reserves and operating cash flow.
The Company intends to pay off all remaining debt at the next bill rollover date in May 2010. Funds for this
repayment already exist in a term deposit account and from the proceeds of the recent part sale of the Companys
investment in BigAir Group Limited.
