Yeah don't know Maca but my guess is that Celera are throwing coin at the lung cancer involvement to get that moving....Any cap raising would likely be used on other developments... I'm not in the know on that one, just seems logical. We'll find out more the closer we get to the SPP. With only 212 shares in the company ATM and the current level of the SP I imagine a cap raising won't do much harm against the revenue stream as the commercialization process progresses..And if the SP goes up to new level in the near future then I expect their discount will be relative to the 5day period around that level...
To be honest I am quite surprised at how few shares are in this company at the moment considering how close they are to commercialization...Most similar companies I have dealt with in the past are further behind in their developmental stage and have way over 3-4 times the amount of shares and in some cases less than 1/4 of those shares are locked up in the top 20.
