I would say it is more likely the seller has decided to feed them in at a lower price. I doubt it was a conicidence that his sell disapperaded and most of the buyer's at 3.7 got knocked off.

As too your share issue theory I would suggest you are way off the mark. Option 3 as you have referred to will only occurr if options 1 and 2 do not proceed. As we have been told option 1 is not planned to complete until late Nov then nothing relating to option 3 will happen before then.

So trying to create a low price would have no impact on any final price that may be calculated for option 3.

I have said before I dont expect option 3 to ever eventuate as either option 1 or 2 will happen
