Zadz - As you have indicated, I think the lack of reporting (and confusing info.) is a deliberate strategy to keep the share price down (or flat) while they are negotiating with the 'cornerstone investor'. If the good news was out there, the price would be up and it would be a harder sell.
Annoying as it may be, in the longer term it might be better for all shareholders?
