Paul - I think the reality is that with the lingering debt its not easy to find an investor who will pay a premium price. If I am right then it shows PGI is desperate, so I am hoping that I am wrong! But for the life of me, I just can't seem to find any other logical explanation for the poor and incomplete reporting?
