I cannot find any Case Law... Now Netlinkz will have to notify any lawsuit undertaken by the Company to its shareholders I believe through ASX announcements...

Also I understand you would like the Company to expand their products due to the competition and also expand their market outside of China (not focusing on China) but isn't it what the Company is actually already doing (Japan, India, Malaysia, Europe and Australia/New Zealand) and also they have entered into different type of projects in China (Water plant Project) which has generated a big Revenue so far for the Company so isn't it already doing what you are recommending...

Also wouldn't you want your unsecured loan to Netlinkz paid back as soon as possible instead of trying to cause disruption...
