That is the kind of optimism and justification I would expect of the CEO of NET.
The problem Petey is we have heard all of this before. Many times. Do you really think people can be fooled all of the time?
Here are my responses (jcallaway can respond how he likes).
    1. SSI did not contribute 15 in sales - try reading the financial reports.

Response: SSI was purchased at a ridiculous premium. The payback period for the investment will exceed the life expectancy of NET.

    2. Greece is part of the EEC a market about the same size as the US - with less of the crookedness - the JV partner is a publicly listed company in Greece- why not do some due diligence on what they do and how they do it instead of making inane comments using tortured prose.

Response: This is totally irrelevant. All NET has is a Memorandum of Understanding. It is worthless unless there are binding agreements. THere are none.

    3. China is a massive investor everywhere - it comes with teh territory of being the world's second biggest economy - China has been and continues to be the largest investor in the US as well - so what?

There are no recurrent and consistent sales. If the software was any good and indeed there were 10,000 sales reps revenue would be consistent .

    4. What is high net worth individual's 'hot money' how do you think people get to be high net worth - is it by being stupid?
I do not kn ow what this is about but it sounds irrelevant.

    5. Billions of shares can be made into hundred of millions quite easily - ever heard of a consolidation ?- happens all the time...that is a management call
Response: Please give the heavily diluted shareholders a break. They have been tortured enough by dilutions.

    6. The balance sheet is stretched as you say because the company has more growth opportunites than it has working capital ie it is doing its job very well as a high growth tech company - comapre it to any other similar company - same same same...all you and your pet familiars on here is describe your financial and ivnestment naivety with every post.

Response: We have heard this before. Growth opportunities. Yeah right! I of T , Japan, VW cars, I think investors have stopped believing.
