I figured this might be a good spot for this little tidbit
You see SCM, and SCM ARIE. and ARIE mentioned all over the place. Since at least 2017
what or who is ARIE? In respect to Netlinkz, they are (or were in this case) "SCM Absolute Return International Equity Trust"
Generally the SCM portion is removed when referencing them, for what ever reasons.
Who controls ARIE / SCM ARIE? good question, why not have a read of the extract below
Why bother bringing it up? oh I dunno, I'm yet to find any related party disclosure documentation in any releases or reports. That they are basically enriching the CEO by way of shares or high interest rates?
Is it just me that this bothers ? or is this standard practice in small cap financing ?
