Calculation based on what, recent floods in NSW?
This is profitable business, already undervalued, now undervalued even more, due to unfortunate legal plays in a risky jurisdiction.
If they were located in somewhere else, say WA, with the balance sheet like this one, the share price would have been easily $2+
Well, failure of non-core asset that didn't produce much so far isn't going to significantly impact future performance anyways
Buy when there's blood on the street, and it's hard to pass on such opportunity, if you're not in a hurry and can wait for 1-2 years
