As I mentioned a few days before the capital raising -- I don't trust this management. Just spin and freebies. They have continued in the same vein as before. If the Share Purchase Plan is for shareholders, that means they are in serious trouble, because I can't recall them offering shares to shareholders. Instead, they have given them at deep discounts to 'sophisticated investors'. This technology may have potential, but I doubt if shareholders will ever benefit. All the benefits will go to sophisticated investor 'mates'. Of course, shareholders will pick up the tab.
