IMHO, Im thinking that the cores may not even be sent off to the lab for assaying.
My thoughts are that if they have and the results are known ( to the management ) then being material they would have to be released to the market.
I would have thought that the final ownership of the ground would want to have been sorted out first as once the cores are submitted for assaying then they are out of the hands/control of management.
Only a thought on a very quiet day!
