It is likely that they had been sent off and analysed, but are being held from release.
What my thoughts are is that they have been held from being released to the company at the request of the company. I have made a few comments outlining how a company can hold results, and honestly it's not that difficult.
This is becoming more and more of a sore spot for us holders though. Not a great deal that we can do though. Legal issues can be painful and prolonged...
