I now see Chime offers a Credit Card and MoneyLion offers credit facility similar to the Humm proposed one. My bad. So you have valid points there. (I believe there are many US neobanks that don't have these facilities though)
However... I still have no idea how you can say they are not a Neobank. Explain clearly how they are not a Neobank. If you can clearly explain this I will happily admit to being wrong.
To me whenever Andy Taylor has said they're "not a Neobank" it has more been about making them appear different or separate from other neobanks. But the fact is according to the definition used all over the place, they fit the bill for being a "neobank". Like how do they not?
