How is it that you can acquire a company through shares, 1.5 million of them??
If they are intending to pay them out in shares, wouldn't it work out less than $400,000 for the company..?? I hope not cause if thats the case obviously GOODMENTS needs MASSIVE improvements and would WAY more money put into it..
