yea it was. Douugh are in BIG trouble. One of the directors sold or transferred stock(at a certain rate), to one of the directors PARENTS!
This is a big no no and shouldn't of even happened. It just goes to show the in experience we are dealing with. I myself own quite abit of stock, Im looking at a massive loss now. Andy (the owner of Douugh) keeps making simple mistakes with the ASX, I dont know if its incompetence or something more sinister. You can find all this information on the ASX website. I always use it in conjunction with HotCopper. It has a print in there showing a total of 10 separate purchases of stocks that were made by directors over a 7 day time frame. It shows how much the stock was sold for and how much profit they would of made....Its crazy stuff really.
I cant believe Ive gotten myself involved into such a precarious situation.
If you go to ASX website, type in DOUUGH (DOU) in search bar and then click on the article that came out today, I think at 12:30pm.
I hope this helps, I myself was hoping for it to come out so I could sell it but who knows....imagine if it turned around and become the next BIG thing lol
