Hey Justin - sorry for your situation however are you saying Andy is also in the same boat? or you saying that Andy should of done better in protecting?
I know Bert is and really he should know who was on the CR espically as his mother I am doubtful would invest ~$100,000 on something just because her son is involved and not tell him about it.
For someone with 20 years of experience and being Chairman of many companies and NED of many more it is to me a very rookie mistake that even I know that your mother would be considered an associate as she bloody gave birth to you - unless Bert has been abandoned by his mother and had no idea then different story I guess but I am working off the assumption that his mother and him are in contact.
