The value of a company is the sum of the discounted future cash flows. Nothing to do with PE or dividends.
Hum cancelled their dividend in September and won't pay one in March if they are smart.
Have you seen their share price performance over the last 5 years? Their sell sentiment has been for that long, not just the last month. 5 years.
have you seen their market share? They are dying a slow death.
