hey @topwon if you read the prospectus and the documents around that time period of listing etc you will get to see the amount of shares I think its approx 650mill on issue. I think from memory they did a consolidation of ZIP shares then they issued more etc on listing and through capital raises but thats just a very generalised run down. I do know that approximately half the shares on issue are currently in escrow some for 12 months a lot for 24 months ( a lot of Andys share are escrowed for 24 months). Its all there in the early announcements, prospectus is an intense read but worth wading through it if you have time IMO
