They are buying it for a reasonably inconsequential amount of money.
The question is, what do they want to do with it?
If the tech goodments have is good and can be easily integrated in douugh, them is probably a good, cheap purchase.
if they are discarding the tech and keeping everything else, them I don't understand the point of the deal.
I don't think Goodments as a business is worth anything but maybe it isn't the business they are buying.
