All good to help small business. We need to realise that much of the profits in financial transactions are derived when

1. Lending directly or as a middle man
2. When you direct business to some one else and get a commission.
3. Taking deposits at lower rate than lending rates, thus making a margin.

Not saying these are the only ways. Allocation of jars etc are just some good features to attract customers etc. Have you heard on raido - Bank west have brought in these similar "offset account" features already.
Getting customers to grow the business is one thing.
Retaining and making profit in an ethical manner is the most important.

I am heavily invested in this. This will grow big in time. What Andy & team are already doing will take this company on that path. Time and patience.
