I really do not know any more details other than what is on the Equitise website. I think registering will send you something when they have news. I can tell you the information there is very current, particularly as they have just overhauled their website. There is also a 7 day timer there for some sort of expression of interest something. There should be something more there soon I would think.
I don't know anything about matters to do with the way forward. You can try look at some of the recent company announcements for some further details.
