Not really, we are in a period of high inflation and high net earnings, the end result is nothing and thus what the last 6 years have proven.
The last such period was 1966-1982 where the dow filirted with its highs 5 times never really breaking them, got 5% above it in 1972/1973 then the market lost 50% in a few months.
Where in the same period now, it will flirt with it highs maybe peak a little bellow or a little above before heading back down
