The only way that dow 13,600 can happen is if the US dollar falls by alot in the next 6 months... Anything prices in US dollars will go up if the US dollar goes down because it makes it cheaper for holders of other currencies to buy these assets...

Since US stocks is priced in US dollars, then the dow should rise if the US dollar falls...
