I have looked at RIV. I have even been to the ground in Mozambique. To be honest, I like RES over RIV. There is alot of work to be done in Moz. Barging down the Zambezi may require dredging. The Beira port is silted and you can only get small ships in. You can fix it all but you need lots of money. The terrane where the resources on the north side of the Cahorra Bassa Dam are is tiger country. Need to get the coal from there to Tete. It makes the rail for Sundance seem reasonable. But Tata have backed RIV and I am sure they will make it happen with a bit of Indian know how. Once the infrastructure is in it will really open up the area. RES on the other hand have alot of the infrastructure already in place and a local market as well as potential for export.
