Fair enough. I do think there may have been some naiveté early in the engagement in our expecting them to 'do the right thing' (our perception of the right thing), but the management have wised to this imho, and now know the beast they are dealing with. I believe POC1 still matters and would be a great ann for the business, however, it isn't the end-all be-all it once was due to the progression of other partnerships and now the DIASource acquisition.

I know people are tired of waiting, and trust me I'd be elated if we had seen a massive jump on the closing of the acquisition. The main difference is I wasn't really expecting one (yet), so I haven't been disappointed. For those who hang around (no pun intended), I think they will be very pleased in the next 12-24 months (if not sooner).
