I am amazed it wasn't -250 after those consumer sales figures.

After checking out when DOW opened (-70) I was almost convinced - 200 or more would await me this morning. When I saw +38 I could not believe it. Hmmm, someone is pushing it up.
10200-10250 seems to be resistance...if that is broken we may see 10500-11000 trading range in play over next 1-2 months.
