Have held for decades and not sure why. The company/conglomerate has size, scale and over 20,000 employees.
But for some reason or another any meaningful profit seems to elude them; the Waratah train fiasco [yes let's blame the NSW government] is symptomatic of a company that should be making a quid but they never do.
They must tender low just to keep the ship afloat.
