pe is based upon income or fortune
bhp income is real,oil,coal gold, etc little chunks of it shipped away in big boats.
mbl is paper and the colour is not green at all but off white. they simply revalue there assets eg; hey the building next to ours was sold or bid make for it at 10% more than our last valuation
ok you accountants revise the value of our assets, the increase goes to the bottom line therefore income up pe is fairly valued .see the picture mbl is in alot of future trouble.
