This theory of stockpiles doesn't sit well with me.
The coalition of the willing hoarding masses of oil - i think not. USA stockpiles wouldn't last a few months. How much could they possibly hoard? Not to say that oil wont come off in the short term. Long term oil prices will be much higher. Get a copy of "Hubbard's Peak" to get a grip on the oil equation.
