    Buying mortgages at 10-20c in the dollar .. sure some will default but I think catastrophe has been priced in

    Same with corporate CDOs - there has been some defaults but nowhere near the actual level. The Merrill CDOs sold for just over 5 cents in the dollar to Lonestar
