From your earlier posts, you seem to be trying to get in at a lower price. For your small interest, I don't think it is appropriate for you to do it at the expense of the others.
From yesterday's close of 8c in a very weak market condition, we can see that there are a lot of long-term holders out there who were not shaken out of the market, thus the low volume of trading and the narrow price band.
