trying to work out parrells between dow (spi etc) and xjo
it has been interesting to review the index in light of corporate profits.
since may 4 ... the xjo has under performed most other indexs ... why
maybe our corporate profits are going to take a beeting ...
or
maybe our interest rate cycle is starting while others are stoping
or
people pulling money to invest in us
or
people pulling investments to put into pokies
or
something else ...
I make the following note ... the corporate entities that make up the asx are generally well run (notable exceptions .. TL$) the profits will be announced soon ... which rally and dump OCT dumping again and again
