Worst two quarters were the last quarter of last year and the first quarter of this year.
Things have turned in the second quarter of this year.
Unemployment is also a lagging indicator, by approx 3-4 months, so the unemployment figures you are seeing now, are at the worst of it....!
Company results have not been too bad at all, compared to what was expected.
