Get a dow chart from 1982 to just after the crash in 1987.
It does not work out time wise but just take the general action of the market and compare that the the Nikkei by starting in the 2003 low and extending the chart out one year.
Its only babish analytical work, but I cam following its current movments with great interest. All market crashes have a signature, the signature is the kinda sideways move in 1986, large rally, initial decline, quick flick then plunge.
Looking to see if the Nikkei holds its current level and forms the same pattern the dow did in 1986.
