It's the muliplier effect in reverse, creating an ever spiraling negative feedback loop. Wish the authorities would just let things correct themselves, would probably get it all over with much quicker. Have one great deleverage and panic moment and let the market sort itself out once and for all. Unfortunately this won't happen imo coz this would show how bankrupt America really is, having lived on foreign debt for so long.
