    DOW gave up gains after hawkish Philadelphia Fed President Plosser said more rate cuts would be inflationary sounding no more rate cuts.
    However, he also said that US will grow at slowish 1% this year with no recession and will pickup to 2.7% in 2009.

    DOW settling at this level after a 1000+ run would be positive.
