Point taken. I bought between 5 and 6c. My average was ~5.6. I also sold out of @4.0. I was only buying in some 10K or 20K parcels. At its height, I held 80,000 KCG shares. I lost about $1500 in the process (including brokerage). Live and learn. Experience and benefit.
Then again, I also first bought VOD when it was trading @90p, and added through the 100 mark. Still holding and currently trading @118p.
I also bought Ericsson when it was trading @3.4SEK and bought through until it reached 8 SEK. Last night, I bought ERICY @11.80.
Marconi was bought in the mid-50s and is currently trading @67, on a down day.
I also bought a range of other stocks (as mentioned earlier), along with various Australian stocks (primarily in the NAB - high teens average).
