Dear Black & Posters,

Interesting..very interesting the sequence of events.

I'm not sure if you are aware but both COCONOCO & Petrochina doesnt informed their shareholders the fact KAR has preference rights over this 20% purchase.
One of the possibilities is their 100% assurance that KAR will not exercise his rights.(in that case sounds no logical the explanation that Kar just received 1 week later the docs and after new delay caused by part of docs incomplete.)
All story sounds a complete non sense.,

Than Citi,completly out of square decide "dowgrade" to outperfom from BUY just after Kar announce discoveries and 2 major sharehodlers increase their stake in the company.
But soon after they report KAR is a takeover target.and talk about "positive" case a share around 30 !!

Like I told week ago... The % of retracement at that stage is really minor ( 5.50 probably all world will come to buy)
but the upside is very very big range..
I'll not say BUY to dont give the idea of gi9ving advise,but certainly thsi level is more than atractive to people that really believe the time to definitions is closest than never..
