My problem is I can not short the stocks I want to short due to short trade restriction on the market.
Otherwise I would be getting into Fortescue, the banks and one or two others big time.
So, in the meantime I am shorting the aussie and have been since it was @ .95 to the US on a daily basis.
Nice little earner on the way down.
In fact, by shorting the aussie, my profits have grown with the demise in the value of the aussie dollar.
Nice isn't it when things go your way for a change.
Again, Dow at 4,000 by end 2009.
